Initial contact: we work with you to determine the services needed and location of plant/equipment and outlets or service points.

Measure: our estimating team will attend site to check measure and compile a componentry list and labour estimate.

Quote: A price is submitted to your purchasing/capital expenditure team for your approval and/or comment.

Acceptance: On acceptance, the job is entered into out pipeline for scheduling, taking into account your site readiness and requirements.

Scheduling: When scheduled, a deposit is usually payable, after which materials can be ordered in preparation for our install team/s.

Install day: Our team/s arrive to install products, test, clean up site, and obtain client sign-off.

Final invoice: Usually payable within 7 days of completion of our quoted scope, subject to prior negotiation.

Client happiness: We call in the weeks following to check that everything is working as expected, and get your feedback.
